Jakarta, April 4, 2024 - Free Homecoming Trip with Tribunnews and MR.DIY officially departed on Wednesday morning, April 3, 2024 from Bentara Budaya Jakarta, Central Jakarta. The free homecoming event titled "Local Kindness" is part of Tribunnews' program during the month of Ramadan. This event is a form of contribution to the community to facilitate homecoming trips without any charges.
"We are very happy to be able to participate in this year's homecoming program, especially considering that Eid is always a special moment to gather with family. This initiative is in line with our commitment at MR.DIY, as a family store that strives to provide economical, complete, and nearby products to make the Eid moment even more special. In addition, this program is also in line with our Eid campaign "Berkah Ramadan", where we strive to spread happiness and goodness to our consumers in Indonesia. The kick-off event for the Free Homecoming of Local Kindness sent off more than 100 homecoming participants to 3 cities, namely Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya by bus fleet. The event started at 07.00 am with the participant registration agenda, followed by a welcoming and friendly event, and a flag off at 10.00 WIB. There is also a quiz with prizes presented by MR.DIY for the homecoming participants throughout the kick-off event.
The flag-off ceremony for the departure of the Free Homecoming of Local Kindness was carried out by Amirulloh, S.SiT., M.M.Tr. (Secretary of the Directorate General of Land Transportation), Ismanto (Secretary of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency), Ria Sutrisno (Head of Marketing MR.DIY Indonesia) and Hadrianus Tjiptyantoro (Director of Commercial Tribun Network).
