Jakarta, 29 October 2026 — PT Daya Intiguna Yasa Tbk (the “Company” or “MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia”, IDX: MDIY), Indonesia’s largest home improvement retailer by store network, recorded revenue of IDR 7.2 trillion in the first nine months of 2026 (9M 2026), up 24.5% year on year (YoY). Profit after tax (PAT) rose 12.9% to IDR 894.3 billion.
As households manage their budgets more carefully, more Indonesians are turning to nearby stores for their everyday home needs. Customer transactions grew 23.3% YoY in 9M 2026, in line with the Company’s expanding store network. Revenue growth was driven by more customer visits as the network expanded into new communities. Gross profit reached IDR 3,686.2 billion, up 15.1% YoY.
Indonesian consumers are already deliberate about every rupiah they spend, and many are shifting toward value-for-money choices for their everyday needs. That is exactly where MR.D.I.Y. fits in, and we are grateful that more families are making us their retailer of choice. Our mission has stayed consistent: we will keep bringing our stores closer to our customers’ homes, and keep offering relevant products at great everyday affordable prices. When we deliver on that, growth follows.
Edwin Cheah — President Director, MR.D.I.Y. IndonesiaExpansion on Track, Reaching Further Beyond Java and Sumatra

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia opened 72 stores in Q3 (July–September) 2026, bringing openings so far this year to 202, or 75% of its full-year target of at least 270 new stores. The network reached 1,416 stores nationwide.
Java and Sumatra remain the Company’s largest markets. In Q3, however, a greater share of new stores opened in Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Papua. Years of experience in finding the right locations allows the Company to keep opening more than 20 stores a month, bringing MR.D.I.Y. closer to more communities.
Each store carries more than 18,000 products across 10 categories, so customers can find what they need for the home in a single trip. The Company’s value proposition of Hemat (value), Lengkap (complete range) and Dekat (proximity) continues to guide both its assortment and its expansion.
Customers today look for more than good prices; they also value a comfortable place to shop. Following positive feedback from shoppers in a number of refurbished stores, MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia is bringing a new store format to its future freestanding stores. The 1,400th store, in Tebet, South Jakarta, showcases the format, with a brighter and more comfortable shopping space that stays true to MR.D.I.Y.’s Hemat (affordable) positioning.
Disciplined Execution Supports Growth
The Company’s distribution centre, integrated logistics and automated inventory monitoring keep stores replenished across the archipelago, so each store stocks what its local customers buy. Coordinated procurement and long-standing supplier relationships give MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia the scale to keep everyday prices affordable.
The balance sheet remains healthy, with a gearing ratio of 0.3x as at 30 September 2026, giving the Company room to keep funding its expansion.
As we grow, we continue to manage our costs with discipline. That discipline lets us keep offering real value to our customers while we continue to invest in bringing MR.D.I.Y. to more communities across Indonesia.
Rika Juniaty Tanzil — Director/Chief Financial Officer, MR.D.I.Y. IndonesiaGrowing Together Through MR.D.I.Y. Untuk Indonesia
As MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia turned nine years old in September 2026, the Company continues to grow alongside local suppliers, employees and communities. The Company works with Indonesian suppliers and employs more than 13,000 people nationwide, with more than 1,000 new jobs created through store openings in 2026 to date.
Under its pillars of Women and Children Empowerment, Environmental Sustainability and MSME Empowerment, MR.D.I.Y. Untuk Indonesia has been committed to run sustainable programs including STEM-kit distribution to students, MSME training, and facilitating recycling programs for MR.D.I.Y. customers.
