Jawa Pos 7 Most Popular Brand of the Year 2024 is an award for the 7 most popular brands in 60 sector categories. The survey and ranking were conducted by Jawa Pos together with Infovesta, one of the bonafide research and data processing companies in Indonesia using the multistage area random sampling method carried out in 20 major cities.
The survey involved 19,000 productive-age respondents who mostly live in DKI Jakarta (15.8%), East Java (10.9%), West Java (10.0%), Banten (9.0), Central Java (8.9%), and others. The data collection process used a closed questionnaire, where respondents were asked to give a cross or checklist to the brand that first came to their mind when the product category was mentioned.
