MR.DIY Wins World Branding Awards for the Seventh Time in a Row

Jakarta, December 5, 2024 – Southeast Asia’s leading home improvement retailer, MR.DIY Group, further solidified its position as a market leader by taking home its seventh consecutive win at the World Branding Awards (WBA).

At the 17th World Branding Awards (WBA), organized by the World Branding Forum, MR.DIY was named the “Top Home Improvement Retail Brand” in the Regional Award Category, celebrating its success in four countries: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Previously, MR.DIY had won three National Awards in the home improvement category from 2018 to 2020, as well as a Regional Award in the same category from 2021 to 2023.

The 17th World Branding Awards, organized by the World Branding Forum, was held at the Tower of London, UK, on ​​November 26, 2024. The event featured participation from 1.3 million consumers and 4,450 brands across 66 countries across seven regions, making it a global benchmark for brand excellence. Regional Awards are given to brands that hold market leadership positions in multiple countries within a single geographic region. Winners are determined through brand assessments, consumer market research, and online voting.
