Jakarta, 30 April 2026 — PT Daya Intiguna Yasa Tbk (the “Company” or “MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia” IDX: MDIY) announces that it has entered into a partnership with KK Group, a China-based retail group known for pioneering experience-driven retail models targeting young consumers.

Indonesia to expand its exposure to selected lifestyle retail concepts that align with evolving consumer preferences, while this partnership further reinforces our commitment to delivering greater value to the Indonesian family.”
The strategic partnership focuses on key brands under KK Group, namely X11, KKV, and The Colorist. Following the investment, MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia holds a non-controlling interest. The investment has been undertaken with appropriate governance and financial oversight, in line with MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia’s established investment principles and risk management framework.

Founded in 2015, KK Group operates a portfolio of lifestyle-oriented retail brands and has established a presence across multiple markets, with more than 1,000 stores in over 200 cities in China alone. X11 operates a pop-culture toys and collectibles retail chain and was launched in Indonesia in December last year. The Colorist is a multi-brand cosmetics retailer offering color cosmetics and skincare products. KKV is a curated lifestyle and FMCG retail concept with an emphasis on aesthetics, design, and in-store experience, which has previously operated in Indonesia.
The collaboration with KK Group in Indonesia is consistent with similar partnerships previously undertaken by MR.D.I.Y. Group in other markets, including Malaysia and Thailand.
